Early Intervention and Assessment for Infants and young children at high risk of neurodevelopmental problems 2025
Part 1 is delivered ONLINE, starting with one full day, followed by self-directed learning through pre-recorded lectures and online follow-up evening tutorials occurring over a ±5-month period, and is the equivalent of 3 full days education time.
Part 2 occurs on 3 full days IN-PERSON at Cerebral Palsy Cymru. The focus is on working with babies/infants and their families with guidance and support from the course tutors, Betty Hutchon and Christine Barber.

Tuesday 4 March Introductory Day Follow-up tutorial 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Tuesday 25th March 2025 - Tutorial 1, 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Tuesday 15th April 2025 - Tutorial 2, 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Tuesday 6th May 2025 - Tutorial 3, 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Tuesday 3rd June 2025 - Tutorial 4, 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Practical sessions 2025 (In-person attendance):
Practical Group 1 Monday 9th June - Wednesday 11th June 2025, 9:00am to 5:00pm daily
Practical Group 2 Monday 7th July - Wednesday 9th July 2025, 9:00am to 5:00pm daily
Attendance of all sessions is mandatory.

It is suitable for physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech and language therapists working with high-risk infants in the NICU and in the community during the first year of life.
